About
Behind the frame
I'm Ahmed Assem, a promo producer and VFX compositor based in Dubai.
I started in 2010 at a small animation studio in Cairo, before I graduated. I went on to composite feature films, TV series and commercials at AROMA Studios and Squids Visual Arts, then moved into the promo departments of Al Nahar, DMC, CNBC Arabia, Al Arabiya and Al Mashhad.
I cover the whole chain: idea, shoot, design, compositing and finish. That range is what lets me take AI-generated footage and make it sit next to live action on air.
